PracticeMax, a provider of business solutions and software services in the healthcare industry, has an immediate opening for an Automation Developer with a focus on Microsoft Stack solutions. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining automations within the organization and working with other team members to ensure performance and reliability.

Responsibilities:
- Design and develop automations using Powershell or .Net Core/c#
- Works in a team environment to develop, test and deploy software changes
- Provides operational support when necessary 
- Provides input on new designs and architecture as needed
- Develop well-tested automations
- Stays current on new technologies and best practices
- Must be flexible to change and have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
 

Skills & Requirements:
- Passion for developing great software
- Required Strong skills using Powerhsell 2.0 and above
- Good skills using .Net / .Net Core
- Good skills with Sql Server / MySql
- Strong analytical abilities, with the ability to translate high-level business needs into programmable specs
- Personable, passionate about coding and developing great software
- Proactive, positive approach to work
- Highly organized, reliable and diligent; ability to compartmentalize, prioritize and break down a task into logical steps
- Ability and eagerness to learn new languages and business environments quickly and effectively
- A solid foundation in computer science, with strong competencies in data structures, algorithms, and Object
- Oriented Software Design
